• We currently ship only UAE.

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your package via our site.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required for all deliveries.
• Certain items (like alcohol-based perfumes) are classified as Dangerous Goods and may have specific carrier limitations for international air travel.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at +971 55 878 9082 within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.
• We will investigate lost packages with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
